    Welcome to the recovery coaching services provided by Colleen Brady

    • Recovery, Alcohol-Free & confidence and other coaching services are a supportive and accountability-based service aimed at assisting individuals in their growth journey.

    • Coaching does not replace therapy, medical treatment, or legal advice.

    • Sessions may be conducted in-person, via phone, or virtually.

    3. Payments, Cancellations & Refund Policy

    • Fees for coaching sessions will be communicated before the start of services.

    • Payments are due before each session unless otherwise agreed upon.

    • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may be subject to a full session fee.

    • Refunds are provided only under exceptional circumstances, to be determined at the discretion of the coach.

    • All client information is kept strictly confidential, except where disclosure is required by law (e.g., risk of harm to self or others).

    5. Code of Conduct

    • Clients are expected to engage respectfully and responsibly in coaching sessions.

    • The coach reserves the right to terminate services if inappropriate behavior is exhibited.
